She is known for building strong relationships, keeping projects on track, and finding creative solutions when challenges pop up. Whether she is managing budgets, coordinating with team members, or juggling deadlines, she thrives on keeping things moving smoothly.

At the end of the day, her goal is simple: do great work, exceed expectations, and make the process enjoyable for everyone involved.

Jennifer Sperazzo, a woman with shoulder-length brown hair, smiles as she wears a dark blouse with a subtle floral pattern.

Background

With over three decades of marketing and communications experience, Jen knows how to get things done. Before joining Cookson, she worked at agencies across southern New Hampshire and Boston, leading marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and managing projects from concept to completion. A strategic thinker with an eye for detail, Jen loves helping clients achieve results and finding the winning formula to do it again and again.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Communications; Minor in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire (UNH).

Passions

When Jen isn’t the one running the show, you can find her cheering on her boys from the front row. She enjoys watching her son Chris perform on New York City stages and in studios, going on weekly dates with her husband, Richie, and spending time with her college friends and family.

Most recently, she enjoyed watching her son Brendan play football on the turf of Wildcat Stadium at UNH. A proud New Hampshire native and mother of two, Jen loves seeing her sons thrive in their respective elements.

Don’t go thinking it’s all work and no play for Jen, though. Ask her about the time she got to relive the ’80s as a movie extra or the short list of U.S. states she hasn’t yet visited!
