Background

As the former director of communications at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Kristen brings over two decades of integrated experience in public relations and strategic communications, brand strategy, growth marketing and creativity to Cookson. At the Speedway, she made sure 150-mph, edge-of-your-seat racing was top-of-mind every summer. Online, in print, on TV or airing on the radio, if the Speedway was covered, Kristen was behind it. Over her career, she’s worked with national and international media, high-profile celebrities, government officials, and stakeholders to shape messaging, protect reputations and build brand stories that stick โ€” work that earned her a spot on NH Business Review’s NH 200 list of the state’s most influential business leaders.

As a member of the Cookson management team, she brings that same drive to media relations, brand positioning and campaign planning keeping clients ahead of the story and making sure their message lands.
